ARTURO

  • good performance all over Europe
  • very fast early vigor
  • very good resistance to NCBL
  • huge plants

Description

ARTURO is a dual-use variety and belongs to the early to mid-early maturity range. Its good performance is confirmed by many European countries. What is remarkable with ARTURO are the large, well-formed grains which achieve high starch contents and result in an overall good grain quality. Its cold tolerance in this maturity range is also high. Used as grain maize, ARTURO achieves high yields with a fast drydown in the grain. Thevery fast early vigour and fast drydown ensures yield and maturity even under unfavourable weather conditions. The impressive plant height is another characteristic of ARTURO. A good healthiness combined with a very good resistance to NCBL and stalk rot complete the profile.
