Description

CASANDRO is a dual-use variety for grain and silage usage in the early to mid-early maturity group. It impresses with enormous grain yields. Agronomically, CASANDRO has an excellent cold tolerance in its maturity group and combines an impressive plant height with only few broken plants and good lodging resistance. The resistances to all relevant diseases are on a good to medium level. The general impression is very good and due to this great environmental stability, CASANDRO received the KLIMAFIT label.
