Description

EBNERS ROTKORN is an ancient spelt variety, which is characterized by its very good winter hardiness and very good drought stress tolerance. Its good adaptability makes it well suited for marginal areas. Its very high protein and wet gluten content, the good baking quality and the special aroma are highly appreciated. The large grain (high TGW) achieves a high specific weight for spelt, which ensures a good yield after dehulling (combined with good dehulling ability)
