Description

CHEVIGNON is a non-awned feed wheat which delivers outstanding yields throughout western Europe, due to its high plant density and high TGW. CHEVIGNON is very healthy, its resistances to the major diseases powdery mildew, yellow and brown rust and Septoria tritici are balanced and good. Regarding its agronomical characteristics, CHEVIGNON shows a short to medium plant height combined with good lodging resistance and medium-early maturity. CHEVIGNON is a variety which tillers very well even when sown at a later date and which is suitable for intensive crop management.
