FRISKY

  • very high yield potential
  • late maturity
  • very good agronomy
  • very good winter hardiness and sprouting tolerance

Description

FRISKY is a non-awned winter wheat with an enormous yield potential and suitable for feed or bioethanol production and for humid growing areas. Due to its late maturity and long grain filling phase its yields exceed those of the top varieties. Its good agronomy is impressive. With its short plant height and excellent lodging resistance, FRISKY is ideally suited for intensive crop management and manure application. FRISKY is a single ear type and is compatible with late sowing. As far as resistances are concerned, its very good resistances to powdery mildew, brown rust and Septoria tritici are worth mentioning. The good winter hardiness and good resistance to sprouting complete the profile.
