Description

ARMINIUS is an awned quality wheat variety. Thanks to its early vigour and fast soil cover, it is perfectly suitable for organic farming. The long growth type makes for best weed suppression. Due to the high protein content, it achieves very good protein yields. ARMINIUS delivers best grain quality, very high TGW and specific weight. From an agronomical perspective, the combination of early heading and medium-early maturity are an asset which results in excellent drought stress tolerance. ARMINIUS is very healthy, its resistances to powdery mildew, brown rust, yellow rust and fusarium head blight are high developed. Thanks to its high environmental stability, ARMINIUS was awarded our KLIMAFIT label.
