LUKULLUS

  • perfect combination of yield and quality
  • high and stable protein content
  • early maturity
  • very good sprouting resistance

Description

LUKULLUS, an awned wheat variety is a successful combination of yield and quality. It is high yielding and at the same time it achieves a very high protein content, which is an indicator for good nitrogen efficiency. LUKULLUS shows a medium plant height, good lodging resistance and early maturity. The resistances to powdery mildew and brown rust are at a good level while its resistance to fusarium head blight is very high. In addition, LUKULLUS is very resistant to sprouting and delivers stable high falling numbers even after bad weather conditions. A good grain formation with a high TGW and a very high specific weight results in an excellent flour yield.
