Description

FILMENO is an Austrian silage- and biogas maize variety in the mid-early to mid-late maturity range. FILMENO combines a high plant height and massy growth type with good stay green. It achieves top levels in terms of cold tolerance, early vigour, lodging resistance, yield and digestibility at the same time. Thanks to its high environmental stability, FILMENO was awarded our KLIMAFIT label. Additionally it provides a good digestibility and shows good resistances to NCLB, stalk rot and common smut.
