Description

SENTA is a 6-row winter barley variety and achieving top level yields. Its agronomic profile is advantageous with early heading, early maturity and medium lodging resistance despite its long plant height. It promises very high yields along with good grain quality. Both the ratio of screening value >2,2 grains and the TGW are high. Regarding protein yield, which measures nitrogen efficiency, SENTA is at the top of the assortment. As far as resistances are concerned, SENTA has a remarkably good resistance to powdery mildew. On the basis of its high environmental stability, SENTA was attributed the KLIMAFIT label.
