SU FORSETTI achieves its maximum yields in humid areas. This in combination with a short plant height, very good lodging resistance, good resistance to stem breaking and medium resistance to Microdochium nivale make it a well suited variety for rougher locations. It belongs to the medium-late maturity range. In quality terms, its high specific weight, falling number and amylogram values range at a favourably high level even under adverse weather conditions. Its susceptibility to sprouting is low. Thanks to its high environmental stability, SU FORSETTI obtained the KLIMAFIT label.
