ARTENYO

  • high grain yields
  • low-medium ear placement
  • suitable for humid areas
  • very good resistance to stalk rot

Description

ARTENYO is a grain maize variety that achieves very high grain yields in the mid-late to late maturity range. The agronomic profile is characterised by high plant height with low to medium ear placement, good lodging resistance and a low tendency to broken plants. ARTENYO is especially suitable for humid areas. Additionaly, the high resistance to stalk rot enables good results on wet soils. A pure dent variety, it shows a very good drydown in the grain combined with high disease resistances to NCLB, fusarium ear rot and common smut. Thanks to its high environmental stability, it received the KLIMAFIT label.
