Description

APEXUS is an awned milling wheat from the early maturity range. It delivers highest yields and good quality in dry areas. Its early vigour is excellent and heading takes place very early, making APEXUS the earliest variety in the assortment. Agronomically speaking, it shows a medium plant height with good lodging resistance. Another characteristic is its very good winter hardiness. APEXUS impresses with very good resistance to powdery mildew and yellow rust as well as fusarium ear blight and brown rust. In terms of quality, APEXUS convinces with balanced values for the parameters falling number, protein content, specific weight and TGW is very high. Thanks to its high environmental stability, APEXUS was awarded our KLIMAFIT label.
